Abstract:

The IR2130/IR2132(J)(S) is a high voltage, high speedpower MOSFET and IGBT driver with three independenthigh and low side referenced output channels. ProprietaryHVIC technology enables ruggedizedmonolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible withCMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 2.5V logic. Aground-referenced operational amplifier providesanalog feedback of bridge current via an external currentsense resistor.
