Abstract:
DESCRIPTION PC100 and PC133 The WED3DG7266V is a 64Mx72 synchronous DRAM Burst Mode Operation module which consists of nine 64Mx8 SDRAM components in TSOP II package, and one 2Kb EEPROM in an 8 Auto and Self Refresh capability pin TSOP package for Serial Presence Detect which LVTTL compatible inputs and outputs are mounted on a 144 pin SO-DIMM multilayer FR4 Serial Presence Detect with EEPROM Substrate.
