Abstract:

THis Technical Note will document the differences between the HCMOS MC68HC05SR3 and the NMOS MC6805R3. The MC68HC05R3 is an enhanced HCMOS version of 6805R3. The device is pin compatible with the NMOS part. Due the differences in memory offset and instruction cycles, minor modification to existing R3 software is required
