Three Phase, 200 Volt, 15 To 45 Amp Bridge With Current And Temperature Sensing In A Low Profile Package

This series of MOSFET switches is configured in a 3 phase bridge with a common VDD line, precision series shunt resistor in the source line, and a sensing element to monitor the substrate temperature. This device is ideally suited for Motor Control applications where size, performance, and efficiency are key.

The TA78M--SB series of fixed-voltage monolithic integrated circuit voltage regulators is designed for a wide range of applications. These regulators employ internal current-limiting, thermal-shutdown and safe-area compensation, making them essentially indestructible. One of these regulators can drive up to 0.5 A of output current.

Monolithic 1A Step-Down Regulator with Low Quiescent Current

The ISL97536 is a synchronous, integrated FET 1A step-down regulator with internal compensation. It operates with an input voltage range from 2.5V to 6V, which accommodates supplies of 3.3V, 5V, or a Li-ion battery source. The output can be externally set from 0.8V to VIN with a resistive divider.

200 Series Bulk Metal® Foil Technology Conformally Coated Precision Current Sensing Resistors with TCR of 5 ppm/°C and values down to 5 m?

The VCS200 Series offers resistance values as low as 5 m? and TCR's as low as 5 ppm/°C with excellent long term stability. The resistors are conformally coated. The 4 terminal current sensing resistors can sustain 2 W continuously without an appreciable change in resistance (0.5 % maximum). The typical 50 % derating of the power specification associated with other technologies is not necessary.
