RF Port Impedance Data, Matching, and External Component Selection for the ADF7020-1
This application note describes the RF port impedance models of the power amplifier (PA) and low noise amplifier (LNA) of the ADF7020-1. The port impedance values are listed for the range of frequencies over which the ADF7020-1 can operate (130 MHz to 650 MHz). Matching circuits, loop filter compo-nents, and VCO tank inductor values are also provided for a range of frequency bands.
