The MAS9210 is a very low power crystalcontrolled oscillator for 10kHz to 10MHz frequencies. Two frequency selection pins can be programmed to choose from four different frequency ranges. For normal operation it requires only the addition of most any crystal or ceramic resonator.

MAS9165 is a very low output voltage LDO regulator with a Power Good indicator. Enable input allows the device to be turned off or on by pulling the control to low or high.

MAS9138 is a single chip duplex asynchronous to synchronous converter. It converts asynchronous start stop characters to synchronous format, with stop bit deletion when required as defined in the CCITT recommendation V.14.

The MAS9316 is a 16-bit, monolithic CMOS, multiplying digital-to-analog converter (DAC ) designed for direct microprocessor interface. Its high relative accuracy and monotonicity is achieved without laser trimming. This is made possible by the use of highly accurate, low TCR thin film resistor process and a 4 MSB to 15 decoding esign technique.

MAS9250 is a step-down switching regulator with an internal main PMOS switch and a synchronous NMOS switch. No external Schottky diode is required. MAS9250 uses constant frequency Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) current mode architecture to control the output voltage. As a default the switching frequency is set internally to 550 kHz.

MAS9167 is a voltage regulator IC with two low dropout voltage regulators, which both have their own enable/disable pin allowing the regulators to be turned off or on separately by pulling the particular control to low or high.

MAS9142 is designed for use in both the GSM900 and DCS1800 systems and particularly with Hitachi PF08103B power amplifier module. Other PA modules can be used with the MAS9142, but external compensation elements may be required to maintain the stability of the PA control loop.
