Low Power Crystal Oscillator
The MAS9210 is a very low power crystalcontrolled oscillator for 10kHz to 10MHz frequencies. Two frequency selection pins can be programmed to choose from four different frequency ranges. For normal operation it requires only the addition of most any crystal or ceramic resonator.
150 mA LDO Regulator with Power Good Indicator
MAS9165 is a very low output voltage LDO regulator with a Power Good indicator. Enable input allows the device to be turned off or on by pulling the control to low or high.

16-BIT DAC
The MAS9316 is a 16-bit, monolithic CMOS, multiplying digital-to-analog converter (DAC ) designed for direct microprocessor interface. Its high relative accuracy and monotonicity is achieved without laser trimming. This is made possible by the use of highly accurate, low TCR thin film resistor process and a 4 MSB to 15 decoding esign technique.
High Efficiency Synchronous Step-Down Switching Regulator
MAS9250 is a step-down switching regulator with an internal main PMOS switch and a synchronous NMOS switch. No external Schottky diode is required. MAS9250 uses constant frequency Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) current mode architecture to control the output voltage. As a default the switching frequency is set internally to 550 kHz.
2-Output LDO Voltage Regulator IC
