This is a 64-element photodiode array consisting of 64 discrete silicon PNphotodiodes (elements), with 32 mounted on each side of the PC board. Thephotodiode arrays are on a 0.0833™™ (2.12mm) pitch, with one commoncathode. Each element has an active exposed area of 0.0022in2 (1.4097mm2).The photodiode chips have an acrylic coating for humidity and moistureprotection.
