Solid State Optronic
Random-Phase Triac Driver
The TDM3023 consists of a single input LED optically coupled to a random-phase traic driver. The TD3023 provides high input-to-output isolation and is designed to drive high-powered triacs. Typical uses include interfacing logic level control signals to equipment powered from 110Vac and 220Vac lines controlling resistive and inductive loads.
Dual 1 Form A Solid State Relay
The AD4C211 is a bi-directional, double-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose solid-state relay. It is designed to replace electromechanical relays in general purpose switching applications. The relay consists two integrated circuits, each driving a pair of rugged source-to-source enhancement type DMOS transistors.
DC Input Optocoupler
The SDT450 consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a light emitting diode. Optical coupling between the input LED and output phototransistor allows for high isolation levels while maintaining low-level DC signal control capability.
AC Input Dual Optocoupler
The SAT800 consists of two phototransistors, each optically coupled to two input LEDs. For AC input operation. Optical coupling between the input LEDs and output phototransistor allows for high isolation levels while maintaining low-level AC signal control capability.
1 Form A Solid State Relay
The S106 is a bi-directional, single-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose relay. The circuit is composed of one LED on the input side which activates an optically coupled IC on the output-controlling the firing angle of two back-to-back SCRs.
Loop Current Detection with the TR115
One of the functions the TR115 telecommunications relay is designed to perform is loop current detection.
Dual 1 Form B Solid State Relay
The AD6C212 is a bi-directional, double-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose solid-state relay. It is designed to replace electromechanical relays in general purpose switching applications. The relay consists two integrated circuits, each driving a pair of rugged source-to-source enhancement type DMOS transistors-optically coupled to a light emitting diode.
Telecommunications Switch Optocoupler/1 Form A Relay
The TR115 is a dual function circuit designed specifically as a telecommunications switch. It consists an optically isolated solid state relay and an optically isolated optocoupler combined in a compact 8pin DIP package. The relay portion is composed of an LED on the input, optically coupled to a sensing circuit which drives two source-to-source DMOS transistors. The optocoupler portion of the package consists of two-to-back LEDs that drive an output phototransistor.
Dual 1 Form B Solid State Relay
The AD4C112 is composed of two distinct 1 Form B relays in one compact 8 pin DIP package. Each relays consists of an AIGaAs LED optically coupled to Photo Diode Arra, driving a pair of rugged source-to-source depletion type DMOS transistors.
DC Input Optocoupler
The SDT470 consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a light emitting diode. Optical coupling between the input LED and output phototransistor allows for high isolation levels while maintaining low-level DC signal control capability.
