Solid State Optronic
DC Input Photo-Darlington Optocoupler
The SDD450 consists of a Photo Darlington transistor optically coupled to a light emitting diode. Optical coupling between the input LED and output Photo Darlington allows for high isolation levels while maintaining low-level DC signal control capability.
Dual 1 Form A Solid State Relay
The S211 is a single-pole, double-throw, normally open, SCR output device. The circuits are composed of one LED on the input side which activates an optically coupled IC on the output-controlling the firing angle of two back-to-back SCRs.
1 Form A Solid State Relay
The M211 is a bi-directional, single-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose solid-state relay in a miniature 4-pin small outline package. It is designed to replace electromechanical relays in general purpose switching applications.
Dual 1 Form A Solid State Relay
The AD6C541 is a bi-directional, double-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose solid-state relay. It is designed to replace electromechanical relays in general purpose switching applications. The relay consists two integrated circuits, each driving a pair of rugged source-to-source enhancement type DMOS transistors-optically coupled to a light emitting diode.
Zero-Volt Switching Traic Driver
The TD3043 consists of a single input LED optically coupled to a zero-volt crossing triac driver. The TD3063 provides high input-to-output isolation and is designed to drive high-powered triacs. Typical include interfacing logic level control signals to equipment powered from 110Vac and 220Vac lines.
Dual 1 Form B Solid State Relay
The AD4C212 is a bi-directional, double-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose solid-state relay. It is designed to replace electromechanical relays in general purpose switching applications. The relay consists two integrated circuits, each driving a pair of rugged source-to-source enhancement type DMOS transistors.
1 Form A Solid State Relay
The SP540-X is a single-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose DC solid-state relay and is designed to replace electromechanical relays in critical applications that require fast switching and solid state reliability.
DC Input Quad Optocoupler
The SDD1600 combines four independent optocouplers in a 16 pin DIP/SMD package. Each of the four optocoupler circuits is composed of an input LED optically-coupled to a Photo Darlington Transistor--allowing for high isolation levels while maintaining low-level DC signal control capability. The SDD1600 provides an optically isolated method of controlling many interface applications such as telecommunications, industrial control and instrumentation circuitry.
