Dual 1 Form A Solid State Relay
The AD4C111-E is a bi-directional, double-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose solid-state relay. It is designed to replace electromechanical relays in general purpose switching applications. The relay consists two integrated circuits, each driving a pair of rugged source-to-source enhancement type DMOS transistors.
DC Input Optocoupler
The SDT400 consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a light emitting diode. Optical coupling between the input LED and output phototransistor allows for high isolation levels while maintaining low-level DC signal control capability.
1 Form A Solid State Relay
The S742 is a bi-directional, single-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose relay. The circuit is composed of one LED on the input side which activates an optically coupled IC on the output-controlling the firing angle of two back-to-back SCRs.
1 Form B Solid State Relay
The M222 is a bi-directional, single-pole, single-throw, normally closed multipurpose solid-state relay in a miniature 4-pin small outline package. It is designed to replace electromechanical relays in general purpose switching applications. The relay consists of an integrated circuit that drives two rugged source-to-source depletion type DMOS transistors - optically coupled to a light emitting diode. The output MOS transistors are protected with free-wheeling diodes that can handle up to 1.5A o
Introduction to Telecommunications
The purpose of this report is to expose and clarify the basics of telephone line communication. It will analyze the different phases of a typical telephone call and display how solid state technology can be used in these different phases. The report will include how existing products offered by Solid State Optronics, Inc. relate to the telecommunications market. Finally, the report will describe new products being developed by SSO that have been designed specifically for the telecommunications i
Dual 1 Form A Solid State Relay
The AD6C111-L is a bi-directional, double-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose solid-state relay. It is designed to replace electromechanical relays in general purpose switching applications. The relay consists two integrated circuits, each driving a pair of rugged source-to-source enhancement type DMOS transistors-optically coupled to a light emitting diode.
1 Form A Solid State Relay
The SP746 is a bi-directional, single-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose relay. The circuit is composed of one LED on the input side which activates an optically coupled IC on the output-controlling the firing angle of two back-to-back SCRs.
Dual 2 Form A Solid State Relay
The AD4C111 is a bi-directional, double-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose solid-state relay. It is designed to replace electromechanical relays in general purpose switching applications. The relay consists two integrated circuits, each driving a pair of rugged source-to-source enhancement type DMOS transistors.
DC Input Optocoupler
The SDD800 is composed of two distinct optically isolated optocouplers in one compact 8 PDIP package. Each optocoupler consists of a Photo Darlington transistor optically coupled to an AlGaAs LED.
1 Form A Solid State Relay
The S742-X is a bi-directional, single-pole, single-throw, normally open multipurpose relay. The circuit is composed of one LED on the input side which activates an optically coupled IC on the output-controlling the firing angle of two back-to-back SCRs.
