DESCRIPTION PIN CONFIGURATION The SA604A is an improved monolithic low-power FM IF system incorporating two limiting intermediate frequency amplifiers, D Package quadrature detector, muting, logarithmic received signal strength indicator, and voltage regulator. The SA604A features higher IF IF AMP DECOUPLING 1 16 IF AMP INPUT bandwidth (25MHz) and temperature compensated RSSI and GND 2 15 IF AMP DECOUPLING limiters permitting higher performance application compared with the MUTE INPUT 3 14 IF AMP OUTPUT SA604. The SA604A is available in a 16-lead SO (surface-mounted VCC 4 13 GND miniature) package.
