DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE Rev 2 Change is: Added part numbers 1N4448W-13-F and DLPA006-7 This PCN is to notify customers of qualification for an alternate source (FA) for dice in discrete devices currently being produced at our factories in Shanghai, PRC. All qualification work has been completed for the new alternate dice for the parts listed in this PCN. Alternate dice will improve the delivery time and will provide additional capacity for the products specified in the attachment. Full electrical characterization and high reliability testing has been completed on representative devices from all series using the alternate dice to ensure no change to device functionality or data sheet electrical specifications.
