LOW POWER LOW OFFSET VOLTAGE DUAL COMPARATORS AZ39


DescriptionThe AZ393/393C series consists of two independentprecision voltage comparators with an offset voltagespecification as low as 1mV. The input common modevoltage range of these comparators includes ground,even when operated from a single power supply volt-age. Operation from split power supplies is also possi-ble and the low power supply current drain isindependent of the magnitude of the power supplyvoltage. The AZ393/393C series is designed to directly inter-face with TTL and CMOS. AZ393C has morestringent input offset voltage than AZ393.
